A Wedding, A Creek, A Bird, A Kilt, The Babies

The creek awhile back.

This is a tombstone in the yard of the Roman Catholic church where the wedding took place. Note the "accidentally shot" reason for the death.

A cormorant greeted us as we arrived back on the mainland.

The Babies sharing found treasures on the beach.

(Marigny on left, Lucy on right.)

Marigny

Here the bride & groom leave the ferry, after saying their vows on Madeline Island.  I learned something at the wedding.  I didn't know that the Irish also wore kilts.  The groom & the best man wore kilts.  It was clearly cool.

Flowers near our birdbath.

Flowers, The Babies, & A Mama

Click 'em to big 'em.  The Babies are real cute, so clicking 'em to make 'em big will be the highlight of your day.

Marigny running with a buttercup in her hand.

The Babies looking for flowers to take home.

Mama picking a flower.

Yellow flowers from the field.

Looking for flowers on a cloudy day.

More looking.

Lucy looking.

Lucy not cooperating with the photographer.  She can be stubborn.

More Marigny running with the buttercup.

The beginning of the buttercup run.

Here are my three favorite girls (Mrs. coldH2Owi, sadly, was a work when they left for home, just after this flower foray).
